Women that work with me through pregnancy, not only enjoy the benefits of antenatal exercise they also feel empowered with knowledge on how to exercise safely and effectively. Understanding how to manage pregnancy ailments and prepare their body for the journey of pregnancy.

Returning to exercise after having a baby can feel daunting. Over the weeks of working together my postnatal clients learn how to reconnect and strengthen their core after birth, we build up the weights and workouts gradually spending time on correcting muscle imbalances and working on technique whilst moving closer to the set goals. As well as postnatal exercise coaching, we talk about healthy lifestyle and nutritional choices to help the recovery process after birth. I build strong, beautiful mums to the core!

I work with women one to one tailoring the sessions to the individual, sessions can be in person at my Shenfield or Billericay locations, on zoom and remotely via an online programme of workouts to follow in your own time.

I also deliver workshops for employers to support women in the office environment going on and returning from maternity leave to support the rehab journey after having a baby. As a result, reducing back ache and other common ailments new mothers experience when working desk based.

Every woman’s experience and body is unique. Motherhood is no easy ride and I truly believe each one of us deserves to make our best postnatal recovery.
