What I love about my job is that I enable my clients' to achieve their goals; I love seeing their self-esteem build and hearing them tell me they feel good!
I am a personal trainer who focuses on quality.
I fit in my own exercise throughout the week and personally experience the difficulty of time restraints of fitting in my own training whilst juggling motherhood solo. After having Ivy I had a abdominal separation and a weakened pelvic floor and I have worked hard with postnatal exercise on rehabbing these areas so I have been able to return to what I love doing, running and strength training. Before and after having my daughter, I have run marathons on trail and road and shorter distances too, with lots of obstacle races thrown in between. Now I prefer to mix up the running with strength training and enjoy hybrid training sessions. As I have got older and become a mum I have realised its very much a case of quality training sessions, training every day or six times a week is not necessary. Overall the goal for me is to be the fittest healthiest version of myself.
