My time counts

Whether you are an experienced gym-goer who has recently discovered news they are expecting and are in need of antenatal exercise programmes. Or, a mum who is looking for some structure and guidance with their workouts to reach your goals in your own space and time. I create tailored programmes for you. Pregnancy workouts and postnatal workouts are delivered on an app with exercise demonstration videos. You can decide what days and how many workouts you’d like per week (1 to 5 sessions per week). First we will have a video call to do an assessment session and then I will build out a programme for you on a rolling monthly basis. Please note there is a minimum enrolment of 2 months.

1:1 Personal training

Personal training sessions are tailored specifically to you. I only train women that are pregnant or have been pregnant and therefore are now postnatal, I offer a specialist service. Sessions can be at either of my locations in Essex these are both private studios in Shenfield (at the bottom of Hall Lane) and Billericay (on Noak Hill Road). I also do personal training with clients that are too far to travel or abroad via video call.

Pregnancy personal training and postnatal personal training sessions start with a thorough assessment session to assess for muscle imbalances, postures adopted, investigate aches and pains brought on by pregnancy or postnatally, assess for diastasis recti, core strength and functionality. Subsequent sessions will focus on strengthening areas that need attention and workouts that progress towards your fitness goals that we set together. You will be empowered with knowledge on how to exercise safely.
(Note: I am qualified to train women with diastasis recti / abdominal separation)

Occasionally I offer one to two personal training, if you would like to train with a friend who is at the same stage as you, contact me to find out availability. Please note prices vary.

First assessment session £70 (one hour)

After the assessment session I will send you a summary and a list of exercises to continue with at home.

You can buy a pre-recorded class here, there are prenatal and postnatal options available. Request your class type below:

  • Pregnancy full body workout (30 mins)
  • Pregnancy upper body workout (30mins)
  • Pregnancy stretch (relaxation) (30mins)
  • Pregnancy pelvic relaxation (30 mins)
  • Postnatal pelvic floor and core strength (20 mins)
  • Postnatal strength to return to running course of sessions (6 x 30 min classes (one per week) with cardio homework to do in between)
