Three x 3 week blocks of programming accompanied with videos, between each programming block will be a video call or in person check in appointment to reassess and update your exercises keeping you progressing through the weeks.

The programmes are bespoke to you and delivered via an app with videos to accompany movements. You can message me with questions and record your results for us to review and track your progress.
I offer one to one postnatal personal training in my home gym space in Hutton, Essex, online sessions over zoom or WhatsApp video call and also a limited number of mobile sessions where I can come to your home depending on your location, an additional travel rate will be applied to the sessions rates below for mobile services.
Both pre and postnatal one to one sessions start with an in-depth screening session checking posture and common conditions seen in mums. Subsequent sessions will focus on strengthening and correcting weaknesses and progressing towards fitness goals we set together. You will be empowered with knowledge on how to exercise safely and progress efficiently. I am qualified to train women with diastasis recti / abdominal seperation and work to rehab this area, if you are at the extreme end of the spectrum i will refer you to a women's health physio.
