Working with Louise for the last 6months, she has increased our confidence for getting back into the gym, taught us excellent technique that we can now recognize in ourselves and built our internal strength. I got in contact with Louise to do an online training plan for me during lockdown. She listened to what I needed and what I wanted to focus on and built a plan for me that nicely increased in difficulty each week. Didn’t overload me with sessions so it felt manageable and I was motivated to keep going with it because of this and how my body felt stronger from the get go. Any exercises she set me she sent through video demonstrations so I was never unsure of what I was doing and was happy to clear any confusions up.Eleanor
I am feeling fitter & stronger than I probably ever have before. My baby girl is 9 months old tomorrow and I am so proud of my body for growing & keeping her safe. We had quite a journey to meet our girl and for a long time I didn’t even think it would be possible to have a successful pregnancy. I had a new found love for my body after Aria was born and now 9 months later after the help of my very knowledgeable PT @louiseelizabeth_pt I have reached my goal of pre baby weight, I feel so much stronger and happier in myself than even before I was pregnant. When I started working with Louise I hadn't exercised for nearly 2 years having done little to no exercise during my pregnancy or as a new mum but she helped to ease me into exercise again. It's not just about weightloss or overexerting yourself with Louise, she spends the time working on your techniques - something that I've never experienced with any exercise classes I've ever attended! The first half of the sessions is always working on the core which has been so important for me as I have been unsure what exercise I could do postnatal. I have felt so much better and Louise has sent me videos to help with the numbness I experienced from my c-section.
